No. These workshops are built for business owners, managers, and team leads who have zero technical background. If you can use email and a web browser, you have all the skills you need to walk in. We explain every concept from scratch, in plain language, as we go.
Three ways. First, it's in-person. You're in a room with an instructor who can answer your specific questions about your specific business. Second, it's hands-on. You'll use AI tools during the workshop, not just watch someone demo them. Third, it's small. Max 12 people. You won't get lost in a crowd.
Probably not. Most people who've tried ChatGPT have barely scratched the surface. The workshop goes well beyond "type a question and get an answer." You'll learn how to map AI to your actual business workflows, identify where it saves the most time, and build a structured plan for rolling it out. If you already have a documented AI strategy and your team is actively using AI across multiple workflows, you might be past this. Otherwise, there's a lot here for you.
We designed these workshops for leaders at companies with roughly 10 to 200 employees. Small enough that you wear multiple hats and need practical solutions, big enough that there are real workflows and processes where AI can make a measurable difference. That said, solo operators and people at larger companies have gotten value from these workshops too.
